FYI, the Dell displays in CES did not have any tablets or PPCs there. Sony had a small tablet PC, but it was several times larger than an X51v, no where near pocket sized. The HP pavilion had several PPCs there but none had a VGA display, they were all QVGA.
The Pharos display had a GPS Phone 600 device that looks like it might just do it for me. Win Mobile 5, GPS Navigation built-in (of course), WiFi, Bluetooth, open Quad band phone, GPRS/EDGE, FM tuner, 2 mega-pixel camera, 128 mb flash & 64 mb sdram, micro-sd slot. The only bad news is a 240x320 QVGA display but it looked clear enough to read my ebooks on, which is my primary entertainment with a PPC.
