Hi zaharia,


I'm not sure if this is what you want.

1) go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\nls\overrides.

2) Change the SSDte = dd MMM yy (I believe this format is CASE SENSITIVE and make sure you place two spaces after the yy).

3) Change the SDate = [space] (or to whatever the date seperator you used in step #2). I don't know if this is important, but I don't like to risk it.

4) Do a soft reset.

By doing the above the date will display today's date as 04 Feb 07.

I hope this is what you're looking for.

EDIT: Sorry, just reread your post and it looks like you want a format that is similar to this: Sun Feb 4?
Change the SSDate value to ddd MMM d. Basically the keys are as follows d = day, M = month, y = year. Remember, it is CASE SENSITIVE.
