In the last couple of days I noticed the appearance of 2 closely spaced horizontal lines about 1/3 of the way down my screen. The lines run parallel for a short distance, but mostly alone - where one breaks, the one above fills. These lines are not "in the screen", they appear to be "behind the text" and are grey in color, like this except closer together?

In post preview pane, I can't get the parallel lines correctly in the example above, and I had to use dashes, but I think you can get the idea.

Can anyone help?
