Just installed it today. Seems stable. I can't see any real difference between this and the beta release although I never had difficulties with the beta either. It does sync both ways. Hyperlinks seem to be available although I haven't used this feature and I'm not sure if it works on the PPC side or only the PC side. Hope this helps.
