here. It's basically the same as in that other article I linked to. You'd need to click on 2006's Exceptions tab, click the +Add button, then create a custom rule as seen in figure 8-11 on the PDF page 13 (shows 223 on the lower right of the pdf page) but allow for 3389 for Specified Port(s). The Target item below Descriptions would likely be "Operating System componenets". You'd then just tailor the other settings to your network, like network IP ranges and such. The VNC is a good example since remote desktop functions in something of a similar way in terms of firewall configuration.
Just to be sure...are you meaning using terminal services FROM your desktop pc or TO your PC? That might affect whether you'd select incoming or outgoing. FYI, RDP Terminal Services use port 3389 by default, same as PCAnywhere.
