I tried Mediaplayer, GSplayer and Mortplayer. They all would lock up after a few weeks. I would have to restart or kill the app. I was only able to get through 100 songs tops of my 1000 song play list on my 8Mb CF card. I bought coreplayer and it is at song 942 and still going.

I operate them the same. The unit is mounted in my truck with a proclip. Plugged into power that is always there. I stop the player and put it in standby mode when I get to my destination (work, home etc.).

Not a scientific study, just thought I would post my results.
