I don't use Coreplayer for music as it not very good at the moment in managing playlists etc...

I found that Pocket Player was the best for me as it works great with playlists and can do thinks such as play 1 hour of random music, 50 random tracks...

Never had any problems with stability.

I like Coreplayer for video (best by a long way), but for music it is too clunky at the moment. CP have been promissing an update to add functionality (they call it something like Core Techque) but this has been promissed since October and they have been quiet since then with no updates. Probably they are working on it!
