Try configuring the email account that is not syching on your Axim. You will have to add a new account in pocket outlook.
I can't explain why both will not synch but both of mine are not either. However, I know they both were before I hard rest my Axim. I thought all of the settings from your PC were supposed to carry over to your Aixm but maybe I am wrong. Adding the second email account in pocket outlook should work.
