Vista, Windows Mobile Device Center and Outlook

I recently get an error message whenever I open Outlook. "A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in Outlook..." . The message pops up when Outlook opens and the message will not dissappear no matter what option I choose. To stop this error message, I have to close Outlook via Ctrl/Alt/Delete. The message reappears as soon as I open Outlook again. This makes Outlook nonfunctional
I have a new Dell laptop running Vista and I installed the Microsoft Outlook 2002 that was bundled with my AximX51.
I also install the Windows Mobile Device Center.
Is this a Vista bug, an Outlook or device center problem or something of my own doing?
Any help appreciated
