Picture Viewer rocks.
Are you trying to view the original huge 3.2MP images?!
You should size your pictures down to 320x240 -- they're look sharper and load a helluva lot faster.
You can accomplish this through batch jobs in Photoshop, or use the highly recommended
IrfanView freeware for your desktop to do batch resizing (and much more).
