What do you mean when i cradle the Axim? Like when i place hte Axim in the cradle it doesn't say anything.

You plug in the Axim and ActiveSync doesn't start? Ok, start AS manually and then cradle the Axim (place the Axim in the cradle) and see what happens. If AS is installed correctly, when the Axim is put in the cradle the pc should
see it: if it doesn't, something else is going on.
