SPB Mobile Shell is made to rid you of the problem of having to enhance the Windows Mobile interface by yourself. This means that if you install WisBar, you now have two programs battling it out over which one "skins" the GUI. Since this was not something that Lakeridge Software anticipated when they were developing WisBar, WisBar will not give up, and I have a feeling that SPB's software isn't playing nice either. It's one or the other. I reccomend that you uninstall WisBar and keep SPB Mobile Shell because it is more powerful than WisBar.
