I am still trying to get it to sync. Re-installed outlook 2007 and active sync 4.2, tried deleting partnerships, etc. It will sync with no problems with Outlook 2002 (which came with the Dell).

Called support and they gave me the same line that the X51 will not sync with Outlook 2007 (in spite of some testimonies to the contrary). Have they fed anyone else this line??

Still trying.
