I just right click and copy then right click paste it into the itunes area for album art. Here is a
link that discusses how to do it in iTunes. This method puts the image right into the track though by adding it to the id3 tag so your files will all get a bit larger. Some of the art work doesn't show up in certain players though so check it before you do all your tracks. I usually copy a bunch of different album images into a folder and then batch edit them to resize them all at once so I know they are all the right size.
