You have to realize that you have asked this question on a PPC/Axim forum, so the answers are going to be as predictable as if you had asked the identical question on Brighthand, a forum more heavily populated by Palm supporters.

Bottom line, from someone who has used and owned both, extensively, not just a glancing look at someone else's PDA, is that both will do everything you have asked for it to do.

The Palm is simplier to operate, less finicky. The Axim has dual card slots and a VGA display (at least in the top model). Software and games are available for both.

Perhaps an important consideration to bring up: The Palm TX is still a current model whereas the Axim is dead on the vine.

Do your own reasearch, and ask questions elsewhere, too.

I realize that this thread was awakened after a long slumber, but the tone just irritated me.
