Should know I'm not a large guy, but mine is an innie. My body serves as decoration, so I don't need anything else on me. No tats or piercings. As for on women... I guess I don't mind the belly button ring, but it doesn't really do anything for me. What I think is really nice are the waist chains! (just as an example)
