dell customer services is just about equivalent to car dealership. they are a bunch of lairs. and there are two worst kind of people in this world: liars and cheaters. :exc:
but dell customer serives is not the only one. I caught lenovo (former IBM) customer services to try to cheat me on their prices as well. but whatever - people i guess will do anything to get your money.
EDIT: I will never ever, call dell or ibm to purchase anything over the phone.
