The AAC plugin's probably been killed - as noted, it violated copyright, and telling him to search here for it's like advocating piracy... which is a position against the rules of AximSite.
Plus, the AAC support in CorePlayer's about 10-15% faster at least than that of the test AAC plugin from way back when, in my experience. I've tried encoding with XviD and AAC sound, and the difference with the same file between the two programs is remarkable, at least in the benchmarking and CPU usage.
