I know - but the point was that, just because a new OS came out, doesn't mean that the company's obligated to keep supporting older devices... which meant that the x30's run came to an end. WM6 isn't the massive reworking of the OS that WM5 was in comparison to 2003 and 2003SE, but just because it's out doesn't mean Dell will necessarily offer upgrades for the x51 series, much less the x50's. In fact, given the way Microsoft's going with the naming (non-connected devices = Classic) suggests that even MS has given up on the stand-alone PDA. And with the other news posts that also suggest (very strongly) that Dell's given up the Axim market, then saying 'it WILL happen, because I know it will' about a WM6 upgrade's little more than wishful thinking, unless Dell announces on their webpage that they're doing WM6 for current PDA's.
