Why has Dell abandoned their customers and basically forced X5 users to go underground for updates? Not very good
PR in my book! To me, the company also has a duty to support a viable platform until it is totally useless. It amounts to them (Dell) not being able to make $5 million a year on the X5 so they decide to kick the old customers to the curb.

(by the way, I got the upgrade off Ebay and proud of it! If Dell won't provide I'll get it anyway I can. Would gladly pay Dell if they offered it.)
