I'd like to get a custom lightweight launcher/skin. Anything I can work with? This is for a WM2003 device. We also have a few WM5 devices but haven't been sending those out yet.
Sorry for being kinda noobish. I personally only use Palm OS and Linux PDAs.

There is a freebie one, but I do not think it skins (could be mistaken though), there is Spb PocketPlus, there is SBSH iLauncher, There is WisBar. Lots of choices.
