It's my understanding that the Axims shipping now are fine. If you are within your 30 day window, you can return your Ax and reorder. I ended up returning mine when there was no word of a fix. Of course, I will admit that I am a very impatient person :hide:

How patient are you? If you can hold out til the patch is available, then you should do that. The Ax is a great device :D
