http://www.pocketpcfaq.com/faqs/activesync/LSPvalue.reg by right clicking and going to "save link as..." or however you download files from links in your browser. Save it to your desktop. Right click on the file... it's a file with the name LSPvalue.reg and pick "merge" from the list. This should clear up your problem. This is a registry patch for xp, at least that's what I patched with it. Brilliant post!
