if the built in memory is the slowest or not. BUT I do know that if you load applications there and then start a program it is then in memory and the slowness of that built in storage does NOT come into play unless that application has to constantly access that disk during use.
So I have quite a few programs there (built in storage) and they are not slow because of where they are stored!
The memory is the memory wherever the program is loaded from. I would think a large (for pocket PC) game would better reside on CF or SD but most applications for PPC are quite small and all the program is in regular memory during use.
