Mobility Site - View Single Post - is there a "cabinstl" like utility for WM5?

I have an Axim X51v with (obviously) WM5. I never use ActiveSync (I just prefer to use cab files). I used the cabinstl utility frequently with PPC2002 to install application to specific folders. With the Axim, I have been only able to get apps to install by selecting "Device" or "\SD Card". Is there any app that will allow me to select/create/browse for a location to install to?
