If your using WM 5.0. moving .dll's will not save you RAM. It will save you ROM (the equivalent of hard drive on a desktop)

If your still wm 2003 then it will free up space for programs running in memory because wm 2003 devices don't have (user accessible) ROM everything is stored in RAM .

To move the .dll's your best bet is sktools or pocket mechanic pro. Both have automated utilities that relocate .dll's and make the corresponding registry changes. Just be sure to backup your device first. Relocation of .dll's can cause problems especially with today plug-ins.
