Open file explorer and go to "My Device\Windows\Startup" and delete psShutXP from there. After that you may need to re-run psShutxp and tell it that you want it to run at startup (in the tray).

You might need to reinstall or restore this file." The first install was on my sd card, when I got this message originally I uninstalled it and re-installed on my main memory. I have the same problem. I deleted the shortcut in "My Device\Windows\Startup" but I still get the error. Can anyone suggest another fix?...... is there something in the registry maybe?
