I followed the instructions, but was unable to make this work for me. I received an error installing the SDK regarding the lack of eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0. Looking at this download, it's huge. I wanted to avoid if possible. Is this necessary? The three files you mention above were included in my installation of the SDK without eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0, so I thought I was okay.
However, it did not work for me. I got an error that "OneNoteMobile.inf contains DirIDs, which are not supported".
When all is said and done, I do not have a .cab file in the directory (nothing to copy to my Axim and install).
Any advice?
