I also tried this method and got the "DirID" Error.
After some research I got the reason for it.
The error is triggered by the %CE1%, %CE2%, %CE11% style variables.
The problem is, normally you don't know what to fill in here.
But I got the info on this site:

%CE2% \Windows
%CE11% \Windows\Start Menu\Programs
If you have a german version, you have to look for the actual names to fill in.

After that, it compiled and now it works like a charm on my HP iPAQ 2200.
The only thing is I didn't get how to insert pictures, since I have no cam in my PDA. :(
