I can't seem to get MSN Messenger to work on my Dell X50V.

I've installed Messenger 2002, then the 2003 update. I think, however, that the Dell is running 2003SE. Is there a 2003SE update?

Right now I keep getting the:

'instmsgr' is not a valid pocket pc application

error message.
