Mobility Site - View Single Post - 5 thick black (runny) lines at bottom of screen

anybody else have this? this is a replacment refurbd unit, that i origionally thought i could live with, but is now starting to annoy me. the black lines run more and more into the color as they stretch. so all 5 lines stretch or run into color. just wondering if this is common. i'm probably going to get it replaced.
