Hi all,
at the moment i have a Palm V, but want to buy an Axim X5 as soon as possible B)
In addition, i also want to buy a Wireless LAN Card for the Axim.
My first question is, if it is possible to install programs not only on the internal memory, but
also on SD or Compact Flash cards. Or can you "just" store data on these cards?
This question is important for me, as i don't want to buy the cheaper Basic version and three months
later regret my decision, because i am running out of memory, although i don't think that i will install much additional Software.
The following things are important for me:
- I want to do the typical Outlook stuff (Tasks, Email, Contacts,...),
- manage a few Word and/or Excel documents,
- Internet (with the WLAN Card),
- MP3 and
- i want to upgrade to Pocket PC 2003
I don't think that i will ever watch a movie on the PDA so this is really unimportant for me!
Now the important question ;) : Would the Basic version (300Mhz, 32MB) be enough for me or do i really need the Advanced one?
I know, that i have to make the decision, but a recommendation would be really helpfull for me.
I am completely new in the Pocket PC area, so if i have forgotten some important information which you need to answer my questions or to help me, please ask!
Thank you very much for your help!!
Regards, Sven
BTW: This is really a great forum, which has already answered a lot of questions to me...and i have discovered it today :D
