Mobility Site - View Single Post - best settings with little or no dropped frames?

was doing some encoding on the matrix as a test.. I used 220kbps video bitrate, with 1 pass. for audio i did 22khz 56kbit stereo mp3. my resolution is 240x160 (i'm watching it portrait) however when i play my 1 min clip i get 50% dropped frames ..wtf??? i've got nothing else running and am using pocketmvp.. what are you guys using for settings? I want full framerate (not dec by 2) and stereo sound.
