I just tried to restore my PIM databases with Dell's "utility", and the following Soft Reset turned out as an hard reset. I lost all my installed programs (luckily, I store all my files in the Integrated Storage). Anyone has ever seen this behavior ? Is it linked to Dell's "utility", to the Axim, to a faulty unit, or generally to bad luck ?
