Synchronisation cannot be completed... error message
There is a comfort in knowing I am not alone on this...
Using Axim51V Mobile 5 and ActiveSync 4.5
Superb performance until recently, lost the ability to sync- either by Bluetooth or cradle. Deleted partnerships on laptop, switched off bluetooth and deleted bluetooth sync I had set up.
I went into program files/active sync and made sure there was nothing left in profiles.
Uninstalled, ran cleaner on laptop and reinstalled AS4.5. Still error message.
Deleted partnership again and re-named Axim. Still same problem.
Moved docking station to another PC and still the same problem so I assume it is something within the Axim that has become corrupted or jammed.
Each time it prompts for passcode, then I get error message, and am logged in as guest. I can see the device and explore it- it just will not sync, and as I am a guest I have no option to change sync settings!
Any other experiences/solutions?
