Look for a process called apdproxy.exe in your task manager and end the process. Your X50 should then sync fine. It is a process related to an Adobe program and interferes with the syncing function.

I am trying to add some maps to my daughters x50v and cant get my win xp pro to reconize the dell, my x30h works perfectly, i am using active snyc 4.5 it trys to put a network in my device manager then fails to connect, my x30h puts a win ce device at the end any suggestions/ I have hard reset, turned on and off the pc, deleted the old connection, what next?
