Jay-C...could you go thru the steps you use to convert a DVD to use on the AX with Windows Media Player? It sounds like that may be a fairly easy process and perhaps the most "understandable" for a novice. I am beginning to get very frustrated trying to get some video to play on my AX...I am to the point of trying anything.

Also, do you use Media Player 8.5 that came with the AX or do you have PPC2003 and Media player 9? I still have PPC 2002...
