These are the steps that I took to connect to the Cisco Wireless network at my work. Hopefully, this will be somewhat relevant to the 4155. You should start at step 5 if you have LEAP drivers already installed.
Steps for Connecting an Ipaq 5555 to the Cisco Wireless Network.
1. Download new WLAN/LEAP drivers from HP at

2. Install the new drivers (Rev. 3.2.4.129 on Jan 7 2004).
3. If there is an error during install see step 3a otherwise skip to step 4.
3a. If there is an error writing files vnetusba.dll or leap.dll, you will need to use your favorite File Explorer and point to the Windows directory. You will then need to rename the problematic dll and then delete the renamed dll. Perform a soft reset. Then run the installation for the drivers again. This time it should uninstall any files it placed. Run the Install a third time and you should be able to write the dll files now.
4. Soft Reset the IPAQ.
5. Once the drivers are installed turn on your wireless connection by clicking Start IPAQ Wireless WLAN. Then close the window.
6. Go to your wireless settings by clicking Start Settings Connections Connections Advanced Network Card. This should take you to a screen called Configure Wireless Networks. If not then check the bottom for a tab called Wireless and click on it. If the tab does not exist then go back to step 5 and start the wireless network.
7. Click Add New Settings.
8. Enter the SSID (CASE SENSITIVE ie workWLAN) for the Network name. This is very important, your connection may not work without this name.
9. On Connects To select Work.
10. Click on the Authentication tab at the bottom.
11. Make sure Data encryption (WEP) is checked.
12. Unselect Network Authentication (shared mode).
13. Select The Key is provided for me automatically.
14. Select Enable network access using IEEE 802.1x
15. Select LEAP in the EAP Type drop down box. If LEAP is not listed then the drivers were not installed properly. Try reinstalling the drivers.
16. Click OK or X at the top 4 times. This should take you back to your today screen.
17. After Selecting OK you will be prompted to enter your Network Log On information. If this does not appear then turn of your wireless connection by following step 5 and turn the wireless connection back on by following step 5.
18. Your User Name is your Windows Logon account.
19. Your Password is your Windows Logon password.
20. The Domain is the same as your Windows account.
21. Click Ok. Congratulations! You should now see a green light for the connectivity instead of an amber red color. You can now sync with your desktop or access intranet sites. If you are still not connected see below.
22. enter your Proxy server settings (hint same as IE).
23. entery your work domain as an exception for the proxy settings (*.work.com).
Note if the Log On screen keeps popping up you are having trouble with your logon information. Double check that your information matches your Windows Logon information.
