Of course not. We have been thought this many time before. Do a search and you'll learn the true answer. My Axim didn't cost Dell $350 either.
Whats the point? No PPC maker is giving away WM 2003 and Dell is selling it for the cheapest (If it ever comes out). HP and Toshiba charge more.
