If a product has not been delivered after 30-days (date of order) and the customer has NOT been notified and approved a 'wait' over the 30-day mark, the customer has legal remedies. Amazon does that as well for items that have been sold out/discontinued etc... I will see if I can find it later and see if it may be offered for free :) But then again, even if it is free, seems that it may never come.
