No, I don't think, but the Intel® PXA27x processor family does natively support the Intel 2700Gx graphic "chips". It also supports cameras and other multimedia and cellular functions/devices, IF a manufacturer decides to build one into their device AND use the Intel provided subsystems...
I could be totally wrong, but I don't think HP is using the Imageon 2300 chipset AS IS because that was designed for cell phones. ATI does market the 2300 for PocketPC Phone editions though, but only with QVGA (320x240) resolution.
The Imageon 3200 can do VGA but is two years old and is 2nd generation for ATI. I think the Toshiba e series PPC uses this...
