WM2003 Update

Hello,

I purchased my Axim on 6/15/03 and Dell owes me a WM2003 upgrade since the upgrade was released within the 30 days grace period.

I have an outstanding order lingering at Dell with the following information:

Order Number: 3958497XX
Order Type: System/Service Parts
Where is My Order?
Delivery Estimate: July 8 - July 10
Status as of Sunday, August 24, 2003 Central Time

1. Order Processing: Wednesday, July 02, 2003
2. Order Sent to Warehouse: Thursday, July 03, 2003
3. Ship Date: Thursday, July 03, 2003


After emailing Dell on 10 different occasions stating that I understand there is a delay and all I really want is my information updated. The only response I received regarding this bogus ship date was:

"It seems that this order have not really shipped
since there is no tracking number for this order. I would try
to contact the appropriate department for this concern and as
soon I got an information from them, I would attach it to your
records so that the next representative would be able to assist
you regarding this concern. Maricel DTF67012"

Huh? This order for WM2003 Upgrade was placed online through Dell Customer Care. YOU are the appropriate department.

Now when the WM2003 is finally released do you really think I won’t have a headache on my hands since my order says it's been shipped…
