The aironet software works fine in pocketpc 2002. I have been using it in my IPAQ for quite a while. The aironet 350 is a 5 volt device and draws 600ma. Based upon the specs of cf slots of 3.3v and 500ma I wouldn't put this in my axim unless you did it first.
