Here is the link for Pocket Heretic and Pocket Hexen. they should include the shareware .wads but not the full retail .wads (gotta already have these).
One tip if you want to play these (which I HIGHLY recommend) you can tap on the bottom of the screen where it says something like
www.oke-doke.com to bring up virtual buttons! Use the virtual buttons to play the game because the hard buttons are backwards. Have fun!
