The Law of conservation of matter and energy applies to us as well.

the energy that is us, is released when we die. It goes out into the world at large becoming part of everything.

Kinda like the force but less hollywood. My energy will not help a soccer mom lift a minivan off her kid. I wish it could but it can't.
