First, please establish as fact your assumption that Life is "energy".
So IF life is energy it is only a matter of time...etc.

It is my understanding that it is KNOWN that living beings CREATE energy. It is NOT KNOWN what gives this form of matter the ability to reason and to have a conscience, let alone the ability to CREATE energy.
All of the Chemicals need for human life are contained within the average refrigerator. I have yet to hear that anyone has ever opened the door to find a life form, ANY life form that was not put in there, walk out of it.
