What I did, although Reader was already installed and activated in my Axim, was go to
www.microsoft.com/reader, select Update, then download the Reader (2.2.2 I think), and when it was installed I selected Activate. I waited for the Activation from within this page, which it took about 10 secs. After that, all was well.........
