I have the same problem. Cannot do anything with File Store. HP wants me to send them back the unit for fixing. This is getting anoying. Anyone else out there with any answers?

I had the same problem basically I had a repeating folder which kept going to around 50 levels down and it wouldn't let me delete emails which had been sync by activesync. What I did was get softwinter storagetools
http://www.softwinter.com/storagetools.html and I can't remember what order i did it in but I told the storagetools program to do it's equivalent of scandisk and once that was done i deleted as many files as i could via the file explorer and then for good measure I used storagetools to defrag and format the file store and that fixed all my problems.
