I want to make sure I understand you correctly - by port number - are you referring to the port number that smtp and pop use? The numbers are 110 and 25 and are standard TCP/IP ports.

I believe your looking for some other type of number or address. All that is needed to setup a typical pop mail account is - an active connection to the internet, a mail client like outlook configured with the proper mail server address, username and password.

In any event, you may want to call your ISP for the settings.
