I got mine at bestbuy. It wolks with the ppc2003 os. I'm not too Sure about the thing about Starbucks, but can be in my backyard with it , unheard of with my old Dell TM. I'm actually on my PDA with PPC 2oo3 and the ambicom, just install thewindows CE 3.0.
